We now have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join us and provide assistance on a range of projects across the UK.

Reporting to the Procurement Director and Procurement Co-Ordinators, you will be given a variety of tasks with the overall aim of progressing to a fully qualified Buyer / Co-ordinator.

Working as part of the project team in a fast pace environment to assist in all aspects of procurement, scheduling and fabrication for all construction projects, with the aim to ensure optimum delivery of projects, whilst exercising cost control for all material and plant purchases. The Buyer has a responsibility for the cost control, profitability and compliance for all materials and plant to meet all obligations placed upon the Company.

You will assist in scheduling of all materials, plant and equipment for projects, collate all product documentation for all materials procured, issue tender enquiries, complete material requisition sheets, raise all orders in Sage, prepare fabrication request, administer all plant & equipment used on projects, review, check & sign off invoices, assist Procurement Director in Supply Chain Management and work closely with the Contracts Team and Quantity Surveyors

We are looking for a logical and methodical administrator with an enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Experience in the industry would be advantageous however this is not essential. The Company will offer you structured training to advance to eventually becoming a senior member of the team.
