**What will the role involve?**:

- Support managers and employees with day to day HR queries relating to policies and procedures
- Recruitment - supporting the full cycle from advertising vacancies to supporting managers in interviews, making job offers and onboarding
- Employee life-cycle administration, including new starter letters, contract changes and leaver documents
- Assist with creating, updating and developing HR policies and processes
- Support and provide training to managers on HR topics including salary reviews and appraisals
- Ensure payroll is correct each month
- Produce HR reports to assist with improvement plans

**What experience do I need?**:

- Experience of working within a HR Coordinator / HR Advisor role
- A good understanding of current UK employment law and legislation
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) or working towards is desirable
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- IT proficient with experience of working with Microsoft Office packages and HR systems
