Customer service Specialist (Project Administrator)
Hybrid working UK wide

This role will co-ordinate processes relating to End Point Assessment and support effective and timely EPA outcomes such as bookings assessment for all programmes, manage queries, deliver reports, register learners and administrative tasks within the apprenticeshipteam.
Your experiences:
Strong administrative background
Tenacious in approach whilst able to remain professional
High level of resilience with ability to handle challenges
Great team player and able to form strong internal
relationships
Desire to share expertise with others and identify
process improvements
Good working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
