Accounts and Administration Assistant

A vacancy has arisen for an Accounts and Administration Assistant in our Paignton Office.
The company operates on Xero accounting software. Your role will include assisting with various aspects of the accounting functions and also assisting the sales team and director with various administration matters.
**Main duties include assisting with the**:
Preparation and posting of sales invoices.
Checking and posting of purchase invoices.
Maintaining the sales ledger and purchase ledger.
Credit control and entering expenses.
Calculation of supplier rebates due to the company and preparation of the appropriate credit notes.
Assisting with Payroll
Highly motivated, with strong inter personal skills
Capable of working on their own initiative and also as part of the team.
**Essential Skills**:
AAT Level 3 Diploma in accounting or equivalent
Confident in using Xero, Excel and google drive
Experience with Payroll
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
