We’re looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking **Strategic People Partner** to join our People team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our logistics workforce. This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner with senior leaders across ALS to drive strategic people initiatives, support organisational transformation, and enable a high-performance culture. **What You’ll Do** - Act as a trusted advisor to ALS leadership, providing strategic guidance on people matters including workforce planning, talent development, organisational design, and change management. - Lead the delivery of the People Plan for ALS, ensuring alignment with Asda’s broader business strategy. - Champion a culture of inclusion, engagement, and continuous improvement across our logistics network. - Collaborate with Centres of Excellence (CoEs) and People Services to deliver seamless people solutions. - Use data and insights to influence decision-making and drive measurable outcomes. - Support leadership capability and succession planning across ALS sites. - Navigate complex ER cases and support leaders through change and transformation. **About You** - Proven experience in a strategic HR or People Partnering role, ideally within logistics, supply chain, or a fast-paced operational environment. - Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate business strategy into people priorities. - Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. - Comfortable working with data and using insights to inform decisions. - Resilient, adaptable, and solutions-focused. - CIPD qualified or equivalent experience preferred. **Everything you'll love** To ensure we balance moments where we know we need to collaborate together and the need for flexibility, Asda has a hybrid way of working with a minimum 3 days a week in one of our Home Offices.
