You will be joining a rapidly growing consultancy at an exciting time.
**Key purpose of the role**:
To support and manage a varied range of HR projects (including supporting a current large client through a growth period for 3-6 months).
To support People Efficient clients or prospective clients with any HR related queries or needs.
To grow the People Efficient business through networking, marketing and developing products to support HR leader to reimagine how HR gets done.
**This role will suit**:
An individual that is eager to do HR differently, and is comfortable with working at a fast pace. We work as a team at People Efficient, with a transparent and open dialogue and practices to ensure we succeed as a team. This means being comfortable with failure (mistakes are embraced and learned from).
No two days will be the same - on day you may be working on promotional social media content, the next you may be supporting a client with an urgent employee relations need, then moving on to leading on a Talent Attraction campaign

**Role outline - Main Responsibilities**:
- Manage and support HR projects in a timely and efficient way, delivering great results and managing client relationships throughout
- Undertake new client meetings and develop proposals
- Develop and undertake HR audits for potential clients
- Update and develop policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations case work for clients in values-led and legally compliant way
- Meet with clients periodically to ensure satisfaction with the service
- Arrange associates and partners to undertake work as and when needed
- Pro-actively develop the general HR consultancy function, developing a bank of documents, processes and toolkits
- Market the consultancy on social media and attend network meetings
- Support with webinars and represent the organisation at events
- Develop and deliver training both virtually and face to face
- Travel as and when needed to attend client sites (expenses paid)

**SALARY**
The salary range for this post is £28,000-£32,000 per annum, (pro rata if part-time is preferred)
**HOURS OF WORK**
The hours of work will be based on 37.5 hours per week, actual hours to be agreed. Flexibility to work hours around other commitments will be given where possible.
**ANNUAL LEAVE**
The post carries 22 annual leave days per annum, plus public bank holidays, pro rata. 5-6 of these annual leave days will be assigned to a two-week Christmas shutdown.
**PENSION SCHEME**
The organisation operates the NEST pension scheme at statutory rate.
**LOCATION**
The successful applicant will be based from their home location with regular in-person meet ups with the CEO, and regular travel to London to support with a large client project for the first 3-6 months
