We’re currently recruiting for one of the best HR/People roles in the North of England right now

They’re ambitious, implementing new technology, adapting structures to facilitate growth and looking to stay ahead of the curve on all things 'people focussed’.

The HR/People team is collaborative, supportive but also gives lots of autonomy to make a difference while driving through projects and change. Our client enjoys a brilliant balance of a traditional high performing channel and some new growing divisions,which means that from a People/HR perspective, the role will be diverse and interesting.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves what they do and can bring that love and enthusiasm to our client’s environment and be a real advocate for an already well-established HR/People function.

In terms of the type of background we are looking for;
You will have solid experience in a business partnering role, building relationships with multiple stakeholders and being able to tap into the pulse of the people.

Ideally you will have worked with senior leadership too - In this role, you will work with two key business units, partnering with two CEO’s and their wider teams. It’s a brilliant opportunity to showcase your People/HR skills but also be a trusted partnerof senior commercial operators.

You must have strong written skills and be able to articulate policies, ideas and visions. This is a hands-on generalist role across all aspects of HR/People. You will have fantastic support from brilliant and skilled colleagues across the people functionmost of all, we’re looking for drive and a spark from someone who is comfortable dealing at all levels and enjoys taking ownership.
