- As a professional driver team leader you will lead a team of up to two crew members.
- You’ll have a strong team ethos motivating your own team as well as working closely with other team leaders and crews to ensure efficient service completion.
- Day to day you’ll be responsible for the completion of collection rounds and team health and safety, providing feedback relating to collections and any issues encountered, using the in-cab device and assisting with bin loading.
- You’ll have excellent customer service skills dealing with our residents in a polite and professional manner and will be able to explain our services confidently.
- We’ll pay for your ongoing CPC and training which will all be done during the working day.
- You'll have a sound health and safety knowledge of the industry, and will ensure that safe systems of work and incident reporting procedures are always followed.

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to work weekends and Bank Holidays as required.
- You will have a current valid HGV Class 2/LGV C and current CPC card. Ideally, you’ll have experience of stop-start HGV driving and manoeuvring in residential areas, have worked on collection services before and used in cab technology such as Bartec Collective.
