Part Time Administrator

T&K Associates have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Administrator to join our Client on a permanent basis near Appleby Magna.
Working in a small team within your own office, you will be required to answer the telephone and complete administration tasks to support the Operations team.
**Administrator Job Details;**
- £11.50-£12 per hour
- 29.5 hours per week (30 minutes unpaid lunch per day)
- Monday to Thursday 9am-3pm & Friday 9am-2.30pm (However flexibility in hours is offered i.e., 8am-2pm / 10am-4pm)
- Free tea / coffee provided
- On-site parking
- Friendly working environment
**Administrator Role & Responsibilities include;**
- Ordering parts for the Warehouse online and by telephone
- Filing
- Answering the telephone, taking messages and assisting with enquiries
- Taking minutes
- Writing reports
- Completing spreadsheets
- Data input
- All other associated tasks as required
Previous experience within a similar role or experience within an office is desirable. The role will suit someone with an excellent telephone manner and good IT skills.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone that wants to gain experience working within an office environment, being an integral part of a friendly team. Due to the location of this role, your own transport is required.
