Business Development and Telesales Executive
We have an exciting opportunity to join a well-established training provider.
As a result of growth, this Training Provider has a position for experienced Business Development/Telesales Executives.
This Training provider is growing from strength to strength and has a great reputation.
The role of Business Development/Telesales Executive will support a range of Training Programmes which are in education and training.
The Business Development will be instrumental in supporting the overall success of the different training programmes by creating work and training opportunities through effective Account and Sales Management.
You can expect to receive a starting salary of £24000, with an uncapped OTE, competitive holidays, and a genuine opportunity for career development.
Summary of

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients in the region to generate new business opportunities
- Generating and attending own appointments to discuss how the training programmes work, carrying out Training Needs Analysis and explaining the benefits of the training Programmes.
- Forging new networks, through Business Development techniques, cold calling, Lead generation, marketing campaigns, and social media, i.e. LinkedIn
- Working to set sales targets in the form of new starts per month
- Target growth through effective Key Account Management
- Complete weekly reports on the pipeline and individual performance
- Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management.
- Work closely with the learning co-ordinator and wider teams to ensure learner achievement and retention is maintained
- Carry out thorough Health and Safety assessments on employers before the commencement of any placements. Support the employer to ensure all Health and safety-related compliance is 100%
- Be responsible for ensuring all placement opportunities are coordinated and or ready to go to support employers and young people to develop a range of work experience opportunities within the region
Skills and Experience Required
- Industry experience selling Employability Programmes would be highly desirable but the experience of Business Development, Telesales and Employer Engagement is required
- Proven track record in new Business Development and developing new clients from a cold start
- Demonstrates evidence of exceeding sales targets through cold calling, lead generation, and new Business Development
- Up to date knowledge of Social media platforms such as LinkedIn Facebook, Twitter, etc
- Knowledge of Government-funded Training Programmes is highly desirable
