Telesales Executive
Location: Manchester
Salary: £30,000
Responsibilities include generating and securing appointments, developing new business leads, maintaining full sales lifecycle records, and strengthening both new and existing customer relationships.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads for field sales teams.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand revenue streams.
- Generate additional revenue from both new prospects and existing customer portfolios.
- Manage and deliver against set sales targets and objectives.
- Secure appointments with management-level decision-makers.
- Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from small businesses to IT managers and senior decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate sales records and activity logs throughout the full sales cycle.
Background and Experience
- Previous experience in telesales, including B2B sales, new business development, and appointment setting.
- Experience across the full sales cycle (inbound, outbound, cold calling, objection handling, closing).
- Knowledge of structured cabling or ICT infrastructure solutions is desirable but not essential.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., ACT or similar).
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
