**Salary**: £23,000 - £25,000 + uncapped commission Depending on experience and suitability
In a nutshell
My client based in the centre of Manchester is looking to recruit an outbound telesales development executive to join a highly successful business development team. This is an ideal role for a confident and driven sales professional to maximise their earnings.
What you'll be doing
- Lead generation across a variety of channels working within your own established geographical area within the UK with support from various marketing streams
- Identifying perspective opportunities to target key decision makers in businesses.
- Qualifying and reaching out to suitable leads, booking meetings and converting them into customers
- Working to hit weekly and monthly targets
- Being creative and using your initiative to develop our customer base
- Communicating and collaborating daily with your line manager and team
- Comfortable with cold calling, will be set daily KPIs by management.
What you'll need
- A hunger to work within sales and attain and beat targets
- Strong ability to work under pressure individually, and within a team
- Strong communicator both verbal and written
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
- Customer and service delivery focused.
