**First Class Support **provides academic and employment support to individuals in receipt of disabled student allowance (DSA) and funding via the access to work (ATW) scheme. We pride ourselves on only employing first class support specialists and staff that are passionate about making a difference to the lives of people with disabilities.

Due to continued expansion, we are looking to galvanise our team of highly qualified and experienced support staff. There is currently a position available for an experienced disability awareness trainer.

**Location: Remote**

**Your role**:
The role will involve visiting employers at their business address to train staff on varying topics of psychological and physical disability, with the aim of equipping employers and their staff with the tools needed to provide a more comfortable and disability aware environment. You will be required to design a bespoke PowerPoint drawing from existing training/lectures/research material that you have covered/delivered. Training sessions will generally last for three hours with a 30 minute break around 60-90 minutes into the session with a question and answer to conclude the training.

**Your qualifications/training**:
The post holder must have a recognised teaching/training qualification or extensive training ability. As previously stated, graduates, research assistants, Master's students, PhD students and lecturers may find it easier than others to design and present the training more efficiently.

£33 per hour
