We are looking for a Senior Data AI Trainer to join our team.

Role Summary

By providing outstanding technical training and subject expertise, you will inspire our apprentices to succeed and achieve excellent learning and assessment outcomes. You will continuously grow your own knowledge and capabilities, particularly around AI and machine learning concepts, while helping us improve how we deliver Data Analysis apprenticeships to our customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently working as a Trainer specialising in Data and AI courses, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

What you'll bring to the role

We're looking for someone who can bring enthusiasm and proven technical ability to the role who also has the skills to organise, manage and teach a class of learners.

  • An in-depth understanding of Data Analysis, AI and Machine Learning.
  • A relevant technical qualification (e.g. a Degree or Masters in Data Science, Computer Science or Statistics, Microsoft Certified, Tableau Certified, AWS Certified, IBM Data Science Professional, or a recognised certificate in a programming language like Python or R).
  • Experience of working with apprentices.
  • A focus on quality and providing a positive learner experience.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for what you do.
  • The ability to communicate and present with confidence, clarity and purpose.
  • Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills.
  • Team player and able to work collaboratively.
  • A flexible approach to attitude and work.
