We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Azure Health Data Services Consultant/Developer with expertise in Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare and a strong background in health integration specialisms, particularly FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) and HL7 (Health Level Seven International).

**Azure Health Data Services Implementation**: Design, develop, and implement Azure-based solutions for healthcare data management, leveraging Azure Health Data Services to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.

**Microsoft for Healthcare Expertise**: Utilise in-depth knowledge of Microsoft's healthcare offerings to architect and deploy solutions tailored to the unique needs of healthcare organizations.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including healthcare professionals, IT specialists, and stakeholders, to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and drive successful project delivery.

**Technical Leadership**: Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices related to Azure Health Data Services, Microsoft for Healthcare, and health integration standards.

**Documentation and Training**: Create comprehensive technical documentation, conduct training sessions, and provide support to internal teams and clients to facilitate knowledge transfer and adoption of implemented solutions.

**Continuous Learning**: Stay abreast of the latest developments, trends, and advancements in Azure Health Data Services, Microsoft for Healthcare, and health integration standards, and actively participate in professional development activities.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Extensive experience implementing Azure-based solutions, with a focus on Azure Health Data Services.

Proficiency in Microsoft for Healthcare, including knowledge of Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare, Dynamics 365 Healthcare Accelerator, and other relevant Microsoft technologies.

Strong understanding of healthcare data management principles, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions.

Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Relevant certifications in Azure and healthcare IT (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, HL7 FHIR Proficiency Certification) are desirable.
