**Who we are looking for**:
Here are some fundamental requirements we look for in our Data Consultants:

- Good communication skills and an engaging personality because you will be working closely with our clients.
- Demonstration of strong project stakeholder engagement throughout the entire delivery lifecycle (from presales, discovery through to go live)
- Capability to create, implement, and maintain complex data engineering solutions for data acquisition and preparation.
- Performing complex data quality checking and remediation.
- Providing specialist expertise in the design characteristics of database management systems or data warehouse products/services.
- Strong experience in creating data models and diagrams to represent and communicate data requirements and data assets.
- Able to develop and maintain specialist knowledge of database and data warehouse concepts, design principles, architectures, software and facilities.
- Good understanding of Azure services, particularly Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, CosmosDB.
- Microsoft Azure Certifications such as DP-203.

**In addition to the above required skills, we are looking for a consultant with the following skills**:

- Awareness of Microsoft Common Data Model and Dataverse.
- Experience of managing priorities on multiple project workstreams and delivering to short timescales.
- Python coding skills.
