Are you looking for a chance to get into the procurement career?
We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to join our Procurement team based in our office in Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex.
As a Procurement Coordinator, you will manage the day to day in the agency department/inbox and liaison with approved agency suppliers and site managers to ensure all agency paperwork is complete to the correct standard. You will supporting on agency related queries, and ensure all agency officers are set up on our system (Timegate) ready for prompt payment.
Additionally, this you will work closely with the procurement team to help deliver sourcing activities and to place orders for the business.
You will have a helpful customer engagement approach and will help maintain the procurement SharePoint site.
**What we can offer you**:

- Working hours - On Site, Office based position, 40 per week, inclusive of a paid lunch break, flexible hours working options available

**What we need from you**:
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Positive attitude to developing knowledge and expertise of agency co-ordination and procurement
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with internal colleagues, and our suppliers, at all levels
- Basic IT Skills - Word and Excel
- Excellent organisational skills
- Able to demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team
