We are looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our fleet team based in our office in Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex.
As a fleet coordinator, you will manage the day-to-day activities of the Wilson James fleet. This includes regular monitoring of the Fleet inbox, liaison with approved fleet suppliers, and liaising with site managers to ensure all fleet processes and paperwork is complete to the correct standard. To answer any fleet related queries, provide support where necessary, and ensure all Wilson James vehicles and drivers meet legal and company requirements.

- Working hours - full time office-based role, 40 per week, inclusive of a paid lunch break, flexible working hours options available
