**Customer Support Assistant - Contract**

Our client a well known and respected charity are looking to recruit a part time Customer Support Assistant to work **22.5 hours per week**.

Salary **£28,000 pro rata**.

**This role offers true hybrid working, working from home and in the offices in Aylesford.**

**This role will initially be offered on a three month contract starting ASAP with the possibility of the contract being extended.**

The Role

You will be the primary contact point for existing donors and the general public wishing to make donation. The role is to ensure that excellent support is given to existing and prospective donors via multiple channels.
- Be the day-to-day contact for existing and new supporters for enquiries and donations.
- Administer all aspects of individual fundraising including processing all donations in a timely and efficient manner, liaising with finance and accurately logging new supporters, communications and supporter donation information on our charity CRM database.
- Manage In Memory marketing materials, ensuring fundraising stock is up to date and supply to internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Assist in annual fundraising events in December.
- Provide support to the Supporter Care Manager as required.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider Income Generation Team as required.
- Ensure all data is handled in line with GDPR and fundraising regulations.

- Excellent people skills - friendly, sensitive and approachable
- Enthusiastic and pro-active, with a can-do attitude
- Experience of and a passion for delivering high quality customer or supporter care
- Enjoy collaborating with other team members
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experienced in IT - using databases to log and keep information accurately up to date, in a timely manner.
- Excellent time management skills to be able to manage multiple tasks at once
