Harnham is partnering with a high-growth technology start-up tipped to be one of the UK's next unicorns.

Established 5 years ago and going from strength to strength the business this start-up is now looking at optimising its performance marketing mix.

**THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
A Head of Performance Marketing will be tasked with the following:

- Develop & implement an online & offline marketing programme which will achieve the business's ambitious growth plans.
- Audit the existing marketing strategy and design a new one based on the learning, with the objective of continuous incremental improvement
- Forecast business segments & optimise ROI performance and deliver insights to senior business stakeholders
- Balance long-term branding with short
- & medium-term promotions to develop new and long-lasting partnerships
- Mentor a team of marketers

**YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
**A successful Head of Performance Marketing will have the following:

- A track record of success driving acquisitions through offline and online channels such as Display, Paid Search, Paid Social, PPC & Retargeted
- Experience driving growth through demand generation & prospecting campaigns
- Skilled in A/B testing
- Technical exposure to Google Ads/ AdWords & Salesforce
- Excellent stakeholder management skills

**THE BENEFITS**
Once placed, a Head of Performance Marketing can expect to receive between £300-£400 per day outside IR35 on an initial 3-month contract.

The role offers a hybrid remote working model with 1 day per week required in their Bristol head office.
