**The role of Head of EMEA Marketing**:
This is a new position within the organisation, designed to bring together the sales and marketing functions, create a best-in-class B2B commercial lead generation marketing strategy, and drive business growth (both overall revenue and profitability) inthe UK, Benelux & Nordic regions. The Head of Marketing will report to the VP and work closely with the wider leadership team - Head of Sales, & Head of Performance

The Head of EMEA Marketing will be responsible for leading a team of direct reports who will help to execute the marketing plan. The first 3 months will include meeting with senior stakeholders to establish key goals, and coming up with an appropriate regionalstrategy to meet those goals. The business has a great marketing tech stack and have a fantastic central team who will act as a great support network.

**Day to day responsibilities of the Head of Marketing EMEA include**:

- Build out our client's regional marketing team in the UK & Benelux. Develop and motivate existing and new team members and support them in their career progression. Set quarterly team goals and evaluate performance and areas for optimization
- Strategically plan, execute, and measure integrated inbound campaigns in accordance with our global marketing initiatives and regional needs to attract new prospects
- Support regional ABM efforts by creating regular campaigns that educate and engage enterprise prospects in collaboration with the SDR team
- Set up a complete events strategy ranging from owned events, webinars or third-party events.
- Ensure customers are represented at the most important industry awards
- Produce regional content such as testimonials or customer case studies and distribute these via owned channels
- Work closely with the global content and demand gen teams in defining content & performance needs for the specific regions
- Monitor, analyse and report key campaign metrics to the VP Marketing and share learnings and best practices in order to improve campaign performance

**To be considered for this role you must have**:

- Successfully created and delivered a commercial B2B lead generation strategy
- Worked closely with sales functions and understand how to work best with them
- Managed a marketing team (internal direct reports, international reports, and agency support)
- Experience of implementing broad, B2B, marketing campaigns from start to finish
- Excellent written and verbal English skills (additional languages a benefit)
- Been the lead marketer in a regional or global marketing role

- £80,000-100,000 (plus shares)
