We are recruiting a Customer Support Executive to work for a company based in Brierley Hill - this is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to get into their first or second customer service position.
The main objective is to to provide front line support to existing and new customers in a way that reflects the Company's commitment to customer satisfaction. Working as part of a team with a can do attitude.
Main duties will be:

- Offer help and support to new and existing customers.
- Work as a team to ensure the departments metrics are adhered to
- Supporting Sales Managers with territory support
- Process quality complaints into our Complaints Management System and advising dealers of our preventative action
- Develop a good working relationship with internal customers to ensure effective external customer service
- Process quality complaints into our Complaints Management System gathering all evidence required
- Processing credits
- Issuing customer proactive order books weekly
- Raise awareness of demonstration loan stock available
- Ability to multi task and prioritise
- 4 GCSE's or above including Maths & English or similar.
- Previous experience in a customer services or retail an advantage
