Contract Service Desk Analyst

Redline are working alongside a leader within the aerospace and defence industry based in Northampton and are looking to find a Contract Service Desk Analyst for an initial 3 month contract.
You will be working in a team environment to support a large number of employees with their IT systems, networking and various other support.
As the Contract Service Desk Analyst you will have:
- Experience with Cisco (Network Associate)
- Experience with Level 2 tickets
- Experience with Linux OS
- Able to complete system administration
- Able to back up systems
- Beneficial to have Level 3 experience
- Beneficial to have SharePoint experience too
