Headquarted in the UK we also have offices in Australia and North America. This vacancy has arisen due to the career progression of other members of the team and, along with our acquisition by an ASX 300 listed software company, this is an exciting time to be joining our growing team.

In this is a role you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and successful implementation of our software systems and provding system training to our clients. You will work closely with our clients as well as our internal Sales team to achieve this.

**You will do this by**:

- Leading client implementations; managing the project plan, scope, deliverables and timelines.
- Clearly communicating the project status, issues and risks.
- Troubleshooting customer issues during the implementation.
- Managing client and internal stakeholder relationships for the duration of the implementation process.
- Training the admin users in our client companies.
- Delivering high levels of customer service at all times.
- Proven experience in a client facing environment; either face to face or over the telephone.
- A background in an IT support role or relevant qualification is beneficial.
- Experience of managing projects is desirable but being highly organised is equally important.
- Worked in a fast-paced, tech or finance business.
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
- The ability to intsil confidence and build relationships.
- The abilty to travel to client sites from time to time once current restrictions are lifted.
