We have a great opportunity for a Sales and Project Administrator to support our talented Sales and Implementation teams. With a background in Project Administration you'll be looking to further your career. Reporting to the Head of Professional Services you will work closely with both teams within Sales and Implementation to ensure the efficient running of all internal sales and implementation processes and systems.

In this role you will...

**You will do this by**:

- Use data tools to research visitor organisations to our website to pass to the Sales Development Representatives who will follow up on the leads.
- Take ownership of the integrity of data held and entered in the CRM system.
- Call organisations in vertical markets to understand their current processes and requirements and gather key contact details, which will inform future campaigns and calling activity.
- Maintain relationships with system and service providers.
- Provide support to Sales colleagues in preparation for their attendance at exhibitions and events.
- Create customers and projects in project management tools.
- Allocate projects to consultants and provide all documents required as part of handover.
- Create new customer sites with correct system configuration and access based on sale.
- Develop and maintain documentation and deliver to internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with ELMO’s information security privacy policies and procedures.
- Other administrative tasks as required to assist the Sales and Implementation Teams.
- Ability to use own initiative and inquisitiveness to investigate, document and identify issues.
- Effective influencing and relationship building skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including with colleagues and customers.
- Show examples of using research, evaluation of options, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Project Administration/Coordination preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Experience in software collaboration tools.
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
