Trainee Software Implementation Consultant

In this is a role you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and successful implementation of our software systems, working closely with our clients as well as our internal Sales team to achieve an excellent implementation experience.
**You will do this by**:
- Leading client implementations; managing the project plan, scope, deliverables and timelines.
- Clearly communicating the project status, issues and risks.
- Troubleshooting customer issues during the implementation.
- Managing client and internal stakeholder relationships for the duration of the implementation process.
- Training the admin users in our client companies.
- Delivering high levels of customer service at all times.
- Proven experience in a client facing environment; either face to face or over the telephone.
- A background in an IT/technical support role or relevant qualification is beneficial.
- Experience of managing multiple projects
- Stakeholder management
- Worked in a fast-paced, tech or finance business.
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
- The ability to instill confidence and build relationships.
- The abilty to travel to client sites from time to time once current restrictions are lifted.
