We are looking for a qualified individual to join the Technical Support team based at the Witney Office.

**Main Purpose of the Role**:

- To assist with the pre and post checking of reports
- To assist with the maintenance and development of Courtiers’ report writing system/s
- To assist with the training and support of Trainees

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to corporate development and prosperity, assist other employees, and be involved with their training as required
- Run support groups and training for Trainee Paraplanners and Trainee Advisers
- Create training courses via the Education Academy and roll out across the business
- To assist in the creation, implementation, and development of internal systems, to meet regulatory obligations, and to improve and maintain efficient working practices within the organisation
- Answer technical questions for the business
- Checking of Paraplanning reports and feedback on issues or better ways of working
- Pre-screening of Adviser report requests
- Provide support in improving and updating report templates
- Assist with updating of Procedures Manual and ensure that it remains up to date
- To make recommendations as to how the firm’s systems and procedures might be improved
