As our business is steadily expanding, we now require a Project Administrator, who is detail oriented, to join our team based at our office in Etruria, Stoke-on-Trent.
You will be working directly with clients in one of the most important roles within the company, ensuring that our clients have the best experience possible.
**Key responsibilities of this role include**:
- Being the client’s first port of call for any help they need during the exhibition stand build and breakdown processes.
- Working alongside the project management team to complete administrative tasks as and when required.
- Completing a variety of tasks relating to the build and breakdown process such as, Audio/Visual, custom flooring, electricity supply, water and waste supply, hotels, transport.
- Organising pick ups and drop off of any client literature for display on their exhibition stand
- Arranging the logistics for stand build and breakdown
- Coordinating sign off times to keep client time on site to a minimum.
- Working directly with the exhibition venue on the clients behalf to ensure everything is confirmed ready for build day.
- Completing all required health and safety documentation
- Administrating sales of banner stands, pop up stands and other portable displays.
- Processing payments.
- Creating job bags and liaising with production to ensure that all jobs are done to the correct specification.
- Excellent organisation skills
- Administration experience is preferable
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work under pressure and problem solve.
- Have excellent communication and time management skills.
- Be IT literate.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and think on your feet.

This position is full time, working 35 hours per week.
Pay: From £22,000.00 per year
