Project Timber is a family owned business with over 90 years experience in timber manufacturing. At Project Timber, we pride ourselves on offering a wide range of great quality wooden garden products. We specialise in the manufacture and supply of Sheds, Summerhouses, Workshops and Garden Offices.
We are looking to drive further growth and need to increase capacity to be ready for, and deliver for the upcoming seasons. As a result we currently have a vacancy for a Production Administrator to join our team.
The successful Production Administrator will be responsible for:
- Picking up completed Assembly Orders and book onto the ERP system
- Update Out of Stock excel sheet and decide the priorities (based on set parameters)
- Print out QC Sheets & Blends Sheets (excel on a shared drive)
- Book on Goods Return Notes (GRN)/QC/Blends sheets
- Organise labels/consumables
- Ad-hoc support in operations as required
The Production Administrator will be:
- Proficient with MS Office - Excel especially Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience of working in a busy Production environment would be preferable
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
