**PMO Administrator**

**Location**:Stoke HQ/Remote

**Salary**: Circa £25,000 DOE

As a Project Administrator you will join the PMO team and provide support to our Project and Product Managers. This role involves supporting and coordinating lots of different teams across the business so you’ll need to be a confident communicator with strong attention to detail and organisation skills. You’ll be working cross collaboratively to agree on project schedules, prioritising activities and helping to administer the strategic portfolio to help us achieve our project goals. You’ll need to be happy multi-tasking and comfortable managing and prioritising your own workload. This role will suit someone looking to thrive in a fast-paced projects environment and who is looking to progress further into their project or product management career.

**The Position**
- Administration of the centralised delivery schedule
- Work closely with key sponsors and stakeholders on their Project resourcing needs
- Coordinate, attend & administer ceremonies as required, within an agile setting
- Maintain a view of the delivery portfolio, including projects & change requests
- Provide timely updates to the PMO team
- Effectively communicate step changes throughout the CR’s life cycle
- Maintain standards of department & business documentation
- Administration activity across multiple PMO systems
- Actively collaborate with PMO colleagues to prioritise resourcing & embed best practise
- Support the Head of PMO with internal business initiatives as required

**Essential Experience**
- 1 year of experience as an Administrator in a PMO/Operations environment
- Demonstrable experience using MS Office and project specific tools such as JIRA
- Strong communication (both written and verbal)
- Experience successfully managing multiple tasks at once

This role can be based remotely, with occasional travel to HQ including quarterly company get togethers - there is no invite needed to work from HQ at any other point.

**What to Expect - The Interview Process**
First, you’ll meet Ella, our People and HR Coordinator, and Chris, our Head of PMO over MS Teams. In this interview, you will have the opportunity to learn more about Huler and ask any questions you may have about the role, we'll be interested to hear what excited you about joining Huler and what you can add to our team. The final stage of the interview process will be with Chris, our Head of PMO and a member of the PMO Team, where we will discuss your experience and skills in more detail.

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
