Constantly developing we boast Swinton Park, a luxury traditional castle hotel with 42 bedrooms, two holiday cottages and award winning Samuel’s Restaurant; a luxurious country club and spa including the contemporary Terrace Restaurant; Swinton Bivouac a glamping site with tree lodges, yurts and café, and last but by no means least the Swinton cookery school.

**_The Role: _**

A Receptionist is required for Swinton Park 4 red star luxury hotel
- welcoming guests to Swinton Park
- carrying out check in procedures
- responding to guests’ enquires
- compiling bills and taking payments
- dealing with all guests in a professional, courteous and timely manner
- To work 40 hours per week to include some evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
- Have previous experience within a reception team
- Be guest focused
- Be highly motivated with a can-do attitude
- Be able to communicate effectively with team members
- Be focused on providing excellent customer service
- Be committed to a high standard service delivery
- Be ambition to succeed and progress in your career
- Be confident in dealing with complaints and service recovery

**Package Description**
- Starting salary of £20,800
- Quarterly service charge up to £400.00 paid each quarter
