**Full Time **40 hours per week**

**Up to £22,880 per annum**

**Plus,** **on top of your salary you can** **earn up to £400 service charge per quarter** (based on eligibility)**

Swinton Estate is situated in the Yorkshire Dales and is one of the largest privately owned estates in England. Constantly developing we boast Swinton Park, a luxury traditional castle hotel with 42 bedrooms, three holiday cottages and award winning Samuel’s Restaurant; a luxurious country club and spa including the contemporary Terrace Restaurant; Swinton Bivouac a glamping site with tree lodges, yurts and café, and last but by no means least the Swinton cookery school.

The Role:_**
- welcoming guests to Swinton Park Hotel
- carrying out check in procedures
- responding to guests’ enquires
- compiling bills and taking payments
- Upselling hotel products and services to guests
- dealing with all guests in a professional, courteous and timely manner.
- To work 40 hours per week to include some evenings and weekends on a rota basis.

- Have previous experience within a reception team or customer facing role
- Be guest focused
- Be highly motivated with a can-do attitude
- Be able to communicate effectively with team members
- Be focused on providing excellent customer service
- Be committed to a high standard service delivery
- Be ambition to succeed and progress in your career
- Be confident in dealing with complaints and service recovery
- Have grade C or above in GCSE Maths and English

Package description_**
- Starting salary of up to £22,880 per annum
- Quarterly service charge up to £400.00 paid each quarter
