Constantly developing we boast Swinton Park, a luxury traditional castle hotel with 42 bedrooms, two holiday cottages and award winning Samuel’s Restaurant; a luxurious country club and spa including the contemporary Terrace Restaurant; Swinton Bivouac a glamping site with tree lodges, yurts and café, and last but by no means least the Swinton cookery school.

We are recruiting for the position of Full Time Receptionist at Swinton Park.

The Role: As a Receptionist you will:_**
- Greet guests on arrival
- Be the first point of contact for guests
- Answer phones
- Check guests in and provide tours if necessary
- Preparation for check in and check outs
- Work alongside other reception staff and porters to ensure all guests are happy

**We are looking for**:

- A strong team player
- Previous experience working in a similar receptionist role
- Flexibility as you would be required to work weekends and shift patterns
- Experience of using premier software booking system and reslynx booking system
- The ability to deliver excellent customer service
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Great personal presentation and pride in your appearance
- Excellent spoken English
