Digital Marketing Manager | £60k |Nottingham
Key Responsibilities:

- Define and implement processes to monitor and analyse the performance of our paid digital marketing campaigns / organic traffic **(mainly lead generation)** as well as our Organic traffic
- Advise on the best technologies and frameworks to collect, process, and use digital marketing data.
- Oversee and ensure efficient data capture through track management solution working with our development teams.
- Design and build reporting, build a plan to automate reports/dashboards that provide insights into campaigns’ performance to the key stakeholders including SLT
- Working with the Tech team to identify opportunities for process improvement and improving our customer’s journey
- Helping department heads with ad hoc projections and other modelling tasks
- Analysing website performance and targeting areas of improvement
- Working with SLT to develop metrics and visualisations that will track performance and highlight potential inefficiencies
- Able to work with detailed concepts but also see the bigger picture and how we deliver positive customer experiences and good commercial results
Key Skills
- A strong interest in **data analysis** and a passion for improving results
- Excellent excel skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently but also as part of a wider team
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Experience working with**Google Analytics** data
Desirable
- Worked in **Financial Services**:

- Digital **Lead Generator**:

- Dealing with 3rd party companies for example marketing company and lead generation firms
- Experience using **visualization** tools such as Google Data Studio.
- Excellent communications skills and ability to simplify advanced statistical concepts for a layman audience.
- Ability to produce clear and concise data-driven reports and presentations.
