We are working with a public sector organisation based in Nottingham who are looking for a **Digital Marketing Manager** to join their recently restructured Marketing Team. The purpose of this role is to maximise the businesses digital marketing assets, increase the reach and visibility of their digital projects and lead developmentswith their CRM systems and supporting technology. This role will work closely with the whole Marketing Team to create digital marketing campaigns to support new product launches, while providing recommendations and feedback on all areas of digital development.

**The role**:

- Responsible for the ongoing management, maintenance and development of the businesses 7 websites.
- Proactively and continuously recommend areas for improvement on all platforms.
- Act as the main point of contact with their retained digital development agencies, including SEO support and other services as required.
- Measure and report performance on all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Take a cross-platform approach to testing such as UX testing, multivariate, user acceptance and online focus group and audience testing.
- Manage all digital reactive requirements from the business.
- Maintain an effective development roadmap and keep an eye on performance, usage and the wider analytics of all web pages.
- Demonstrable experience in digital marketing (client side, agency side, consultancy or similar creative digital agency experience) to create and deliver multi-layered digital marketing strategies.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools e.g Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

This role is a hybrid role where up to 2 days a week will be based out of their Nottingham offices - Commutable from locations such as Derby, Sheffield, Nottingham, Leicester, Chesterfield, Loughborough, Grantham, Newark on Trent, Melton Mowbray, Matlockand parts of Yorkshire.

The salary dependent on experience is up to £45,000 + benefits.
