Overview

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Facebook Ads Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. You'll be managing and optimising campaigns across a range of clients and industries — helping them achieve incredible results through strategic, high-performing ads.

If you have hands-on experience with Facebook and Google Ads, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for driving ROI, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage high-converting ad campaigns across multiple accounts and industries.
  • Develop and execute strategies from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients to create compelling ad concepts and messaging.
  • Manage large ad spends across multiple client accounts.
  • Monitor performance, analyse data, and report results to clients.
  • Communicate proactively with clients and the internal team.
  • Research new methods and opportunities to improve performance and increase sales.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in a digital marketing role with a focus on Facebook and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills — able to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Meta Ads Manager (essential).
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills in English.
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities with attention to detail.
  • A proactive, creative mindset and a passion for achieving results.
