**Primary role objectives and responsibilities**:
It’s a fast-paced and strategic role, ideal for a seasoned SEO professional who enjoys variety and direct client engagement.

You’ll lead organic search campaigns across a diverse client portfolio, managing everything from strategic planning (**on-page, off-page and technical SEO**) and performance analysis to reporting and client communications.

**What will you be doing?**
- Developing and executing end-to-end SEO strategies aligned with client KPIs and broader business goals
- Conducting deep-dive analyses across technical, on-page and off-page SEO to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborating with channel specialists in Content, Outreach, Paid Search, Social Media, and CRO/UX to deliver integrated performance
- Creating and presenting clear, actionable insights and recommendations backed by data
- Translating complex technical concepts into client-friendly language
- Building trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders alike

**What are we looking for?**
- ** SEO Expertise**: you have 3+ years of experience in SEO (preferably agency-side) with a strong grasp of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
- ** Strategic Superstar**: you understand SEO’s role within a broader digital marketing context and know how to build campaigns that connect content, CRO / UX, paid search and commercial goals.
- ** Technically Proficient**:you’re comfortable with tools like Semrush, GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs, and have hands-on experience with site audits, traffic analyses, and structured data.
- ** Analytical & Detailed Oriented**: you love digging into data, spotting patterns, and using insights to solve problems and inform smarter strategies.
- ** Adaptable & Organised**: you thrive in a dynamic environment, manage time well, and deliver high-quality work across a varied client base.
- ** Curious & Proactive**: you're a driven investigator, with a passion for your channel and a deep understanding of the brands, products and services you work with.

- back-end technical SEO implementation
- using AI tools to unlock insights and drive efficiency
- creating content optimised for search or conversion
- building backlinks through outreach strategies
- working in an integrated way to support CRO / UX, PPC, Social Media or Outreach / Digital PR to maximise results
