Streamline Search are working with a well-established specialist interior contracting company who are looking to hire a **Contracts Manager**.
This company work with major blue-chip clients nationwide, across a broad range of market sectors providing a service which includes design, prototypes, bespoke items, full roll outs, project management, installation activities, and pro-active design managementand cost / value engineering. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right Contracts Manager to join a small dynamic team with the opportunity to make a great impression with work that comes your way.
**Contracts Manager
- Position Overview**
The following is not an exhaustive list but are some of the duties you will carry out;
- Lead and direct the site teams inclusive of all direct sub-contractors and suppliers so that the clients objectives are met
- Ensure effective communications exist at all times with the client, store staff, consultants and sub-contractors
- Ensure that effective procedures to monitor and control Health & Safety, Environmental, Quality, Time and Cost are adhered to
- Ensure procedures are in place to deal with any changes requested by the Client via RFI and CVI procedures
- Ensure that the project is completed, cleaned and handed over to the Client in a managed way
- Monitor Sub-Contractor performance on site
- Obtain all surveys, asbestos, H&S drawing, contract information prior to commencement
- Prepare detailed works programme to reflect project requirements
- Co-ordinate sub-contractors site attendance to achieve programme
**Contracts Manager
- Position Requirements**
- Understanding of construction techniques with a particular reference to carpentry, joinery and finishing trades
- Able to work well under pressure and manage the pressure of conflicting demands and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail
- To work independently as well as in a team
- Past experience of Retail, Leisure & Fast Track Fitting Out in a similar role
- Ability to deliver multiple projects delivered at any one time
- Comprehensive understanding of H&S & Environmental requirements
**Contracts Manager
- Position Remuneration**
- Salary £50,000 to £60,000 dependent upon experience
- Monday - Friday / 9am - 5pm
- Statutory Stakeholder Pension Scheme
- Life Assurance (after 12 months services)
- Medical Health (after 12 months service)
- Fully expensed company car commensurate with grade
