The Trek Group offers a wide range of converted vehicles for the commercial market - equestrian, leisure and blue light emergency vehicles, supplying to both the UK and overseas.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced **Sales & Aftersales Administrator** to work at our premises in Stocksbridge, Sheffield S36.
We are looking for a highly motivated person that has the ability to deliver an excellent administration support and who can deliver outstanding customers service as a main goal.
**You main tasks will be**:
- Raising sales orders and generating internal sales reports;
- Liaising with dealerships & repair shops;
- Ensuring dealers are kept up to date during all stages of the processes;
- Following up with repair shops for updates on progress;
- Communicating with suppliers as required;
- Ensuring databases are kept up to date at all times;
- Producing professional correspondence/documentation;
- Dealing with general enquiries
**You will have**:
- Outstanding communication skills with an excellent telephone manner;
- An excellent command of the English language;
- Exceptional attention to detail;
- Confident working with figures and reports;
- Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel;
- The ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks;
- Experience of dealing with complaints would be advantageous;
- Confidence when working in a busy role is essential.
The hours of work are 8.45am to 5pm Monday to Friday - this role is fully office based with no option for remote working.
**In return, we can offer**:
- Salary: £22,000 to £24,000 per annum depending on experience
- Standard working week Monday to Friday
- 22 days holidays + 8 Bank Holidays
