**Purpose of the Position**
We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Property Management Team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in property management within the property industry and learn from our experienced team.
**Key Responsibilities**
Based on the tasks of an Assistant Property Manager and the type of business we are, we expect the intern to:
- **Assist Property Management Team**: Support the property management team in various tasks and projects. Help create and maintain strong client relationships.
- **Property Visits**: Accompany property managers on visits to properties to learn about property management and ensure properties are well-maintained.
- **Contractor Coordination**: Assist in coordinating with contractors for maintenance and repairs. Accompany contractors to properties to ensure work is carried out as expected.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, answering calls, and processing invoices.
- **Software Management**: Help maintain and update property management software with relevant information such as work orders, invoices, and notes.
- **Compliance Support**: Assist in ensuring properties comply with the latest regulations, including fire safety, health and safety, and Legionella assessments.
- **Expense Tracking**: Help track and manage property expenditure, ensuring value for money for clients.
- **Documentation**: Assist in preparing and organising documentation related to property management tasks.
- **Feedback Collection**: Assist in gathering feedback from tenants and landlords and compiling reports to improve property management services.
- **Shadowing**: Shadow experienced property managers to learn the intricacies of property management and client relationship building.
