Your new company We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic residential lettings team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service. Your new role Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and compliance with current letting legislation. Act as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, and internal teams throughout active tenancies. Oversee tenancy renewals, legal notices, and deposit negotiations in line with statutory requirements. Conduct property visits and prepare detailed reports, addressing any issues promptly. Coordinate safety checks, inventories, and insurance claims, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date. Maintain CRM systems and paperless filing, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Provide outstanding customer service and support colleagues when required.What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in property management or a similar role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Professional, customer-focused approach with attention to detail. Competent in IT systems; knowledge of Aspasia is an advantage.
