Their senior management team comprises of some of the most accomplished and talented real estate professionals in the UK, who pride themselves on their unrivalled levels of customer service and enviable reputation.To be considered for this role you should have experience within residential property management, be up to date on current lettings legislation, and eager to progress into a team leader role in the near future.It is important that you can deliver under pressure and be confident in dealing with clients both in person and over the phone in a polite and professional manner. If this sounds like you, please get in touch todaySkills and competencies:At least 2+ years’ experience within property managementARLA/NFoPP would be beneficialGood understanding of current lettings legislationExceptional customer service skillsGood attention to detailHighly motivated and well-organisedHave a positive attitude and work well in a teamStrong verbal and written communication skillsIT literate.The salary on offer for this role will be in the region of £32,000 to £36,000 depending on previous experience.Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm and Friday 9am to 5pm. You will be required to work 1 Saturday per month from home to cover emergencies from 10am to 3pm.
