**Who We Are Looking For**
Reward Coordinator supports the Reward team coordinate the total reward activity for Group, BU or Country deliverables for annual cyclical Reward activity and all types of project work.
- 6-month FTC
**Responsibilities**
The Reward Coordinator will be accountable for, but not limited to:
- Supporting the Reward team for coordination activities and liaison with Global Business Services (HR Service Centre/Payroll), Systems and In-Country teams
- Inputting data to salary surveys in UK and working with countries to ensure successful data input for international locations
- Refreshing the UK office market salary data on a bi-annual basis from Kornferry and updating the internal salary ranges
- Supporting with coordination activities needed for key cyclical projects such as annual benefits renewal, PIS, annual salary review and linking in with other project members such as GBS and Systems
- Supporting with the Gender Pay Gap activity by coordinating reports from GBS and running the initial numbers for further analysis by Reward team
- Updates to the PIS SharePoint tool such as new starts, leavers, changes to line managers or eligibility, running status reports or general reports
- Reward mailbox maintenance - answering routine queries, issuing communications etc.
- Intranet & quality systems (KOMS and KOMPASS) maintenance for reward policies, procedures and documents
- Coordination of supplier invoices on invoicing queries relating to reward suppliers to proactively manage tracking and payment of invoices
- Supporting transition of activities to GBS & upskilling wider team if at a future date all coordination activities are centralised
**Key Skills & Experience**
Qualifications:
- No requirement for further education
- Some certification/professional qualification/training in reward, HR and advanced excel experience advantageous
**Experience**:
- Prior reward coordination/administration experience advantageous
- Or general HR coordination/administration experience with a knowledge and interest in reward
- Or general finance coordination/administration experience with a knowledge and interest in reward
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively under limited supervision
Job Specific Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communicator, able to communicate across different cultures with all levels of employee
- Proficient in excel and other Microsoft packages, ideally has experience using v look up or pivot tables in excel
- Ability to manage coordination/administration tasks in a project
- Works well under pressure
- Works well in a team as well as on an individual basis
