As Project Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating activities to ensure timely equipment delivery to Multiple customers within the MENATI region.

**As a Parts Services, you will be responsible for**:

- Obtaining spares price & delivery for spares & loose parts
- Supporting Spares quote creation for customer
- Setting up of Sales Orders on BH system to generate demand for orders
- Managing spares orders and internal teams to deliver spares & loose parts
- Creating shipping paperwork for customer goods
- Assisting with booking in/out of customer property on BH systems
- Supporting with shipments of customer property via the BH shipping & logistics process

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have proven experience in Project execution and coordination
- Demonstrate proven experience in Services Project Management.
- Have a qualification in project management, although this is not essential.
