As a Rental Coordinator you will provide proficient and effective coordination, and support to the Workshop and Project Management teams. To coordinate and drive on time delivery targets for our customers. Ensuring accurate and timely updating of management systems to drive efficiency through the shop, reduce repair lead-times and reduce costs.

As a Rental Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Ascertaining correct tool inspection requirements for tools entering the workshop, based on tool condition, Field service feedback and usage.
- Driving planning and coordination efforts to reduce repair lead-times through the workshop.
- Creating visit & Work Packets from long term tool demand and tool Tracker information.
- Maintaining oversight and reporting on rental tools and equipment statuses end to end in the rental maintenance process.
- Planning and coordinating Welding and Machine repairs at Montrose/Subcontractor Vendors based on Engineering disposition.
- Ensuring replacement parts are provisioned based on future demand and survey information
- Updating tool Unit Configurations.
- Maintaining and updating tool tracker with progress statuses.

- Demonstrate an understanding of Manufacturing Processes.
- Demonstrate ERP (Oracle) experience.
- Have experience using Microsoft Applications.
- Have good attention to detail.
