Certification Coordinator

We're looking for a Certification Coordinator to join us in Kintore We’re looking for a Certification Coordinator to join our fast-paced business in our Kintore headquarters. Reporting to our Workshop Manager you will monitor and maintain records for the on-time certification of assets. You’ll be responsible for the planning of and reporting on asset certification, and assisting the regional depots with certification alerts and client communications. Key Responsibilities Providing excellent customer service through the development of relationships and positive communications skills Fostering an environment of good communication between workshop, hire desk, regional operations teams and clients Managing and coordinating 3rd party service providers for the completion of asset certification to meet agreed timelines Using the company asset management software, completing asset certification reports for management team Working with the hire desk and the workshop, compile certification packs for asset mobilisations At all times working in accordance with the company’s HSEQ policies and procedures Ensuring appropriate departmental procedures are maintained and updated as requested Supporting the Hire Desk when necessary (e.g. during holiday periods) What We’re Looking For In The Ideal Candidate Knowledge of oil and gas industry desirable but not essential Customer service and administration experience Excellent organisational skills, ability to manage own busy and variable workload Good IT skills including; MS Packages, word/excel/outlook Excellent communication skills both written and verbal What We Can Offer You Company pension Life assurance cover Save As You Earn Scheme Cycle to work scheme Free on-site parking Free tool hire A Little Bit About Us Airpac Rentals Energy Industry Solutions, a subsidiary of Vp plc, is an international business specialising in rental equipment solutions for the energy industry.
