**London Tech Week** is the UK’s flagship tech event. It champions UK and European tech on a global stage and connects the dots between start-ups and scale-ups, investors, corporate innovation and technology transformation. It is officially supported by the UK government and the Mayor of London and we are proud to work with a coalition of partners from the tech sector to drive the success of the event.

Our purpose is to showcase and amplify the power of tech to enrich every aspect of our lives. Our content features big-hitting speakers - from the UK Prime Minister to the CEOs of tech giants to visionary innovators. Our expo floor brings tech to life and enables attendees to make connections which deliver lasting value.

London Tech Week is organised by Informa Tech Founders, a joint venture between Informa Tech and Founders Forum. We combine the unique convening power and start-up ecosystem expertise of Founders Forum with the global reach and large-scale event design and delivery experience of Informa Tech to create world class event experiences that unite and inspire the entire tech ecosystem.

We are on the hunt for a Senior Conference Producer to join the team who can create innovative, world-class content. You will be confident in recruiting big-hitting speakers from all over the world and persuading them of the value of our event. You will have strong research skills, with an innate desire to keep on top of the hottest trends in tech, and creative flair to find compelling ways to bring these to life on high-impact agendas.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Identifying and analysing our audience groups and conducting market research to understand their needs
- Developing a deep understanding of buying and selling relationships in the tech ecosystem to create the commercial vision behind our content
- Speaking to a cross section of our target audience to research topics and understand the key motivations for attending events
- Creating agenda content which addresses the hottest industry topics in an innovative and engaging way
- Identifying and securing the very best speakers
- Feeding into wider product planning and positioning of the event
- Supporting the marketing team with promotional copy which conveys the benefits to our audience
- Working with the marketing team on content marketing campaigns
- Working with the sponsorship team to identify new target markets and articulate value propositions
- Joining sales calls with prospective sponsors
- Running content stages on site and getting involved wherever required to ensure the success of the event

**Qualifications**
- ** Minimum 2 years’** experience in conference production
- Strong analytical research skills, with a naturally curious attitude and a sharp eye for detail
- A creative approach to producing event content
- Entrepreneurial gumption with a go-getter attitude
- Ability to build relationships with senior industry and government figures
- Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities
- A positive, can-do mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability and resilience
- Strong commercial awareness
