Job Introduction

Igne is looking for a **Service Desk Team Leader** to join our team in **Ross-on-Wye**. This is a **full-time** position that includes occasional travel across the UK. In this role, you'll lead a team of three helpdesk professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high quality service delivery. - and post-construction services. Igne’s six service categories are: site investigation, testing, unexploded ordnance, water wells, geothermal, and geo-environmental.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing a small team of technicians
- Responsible for delivering IT projects
- Implementing process improvements
- Supporting users
- Manage tickets within service level agreement
- Identify and Improve service desk functionality and process
- Maintain infrastructure and IT security levels

**Person Specification**:

- At least 3 years technical problem solving experience
- Thorough knowledge of M365 & Azure stack
- Thorough knowledge of Intune
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to gather and assimilate information
- Ability to work under pressure

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- Relevant degree (Computer Science, IT, Software or Systems Engineering)
- AZ-104 Azure Administrator Associate
- MD-102 M365 Endpoint Administrator
