**Credit Control Administrator // Burton on Trent // 35 hours per week //**
Cherry Professional are working with a exciting and established business in Burton who are looking to recruit a Credit Control Administratorto join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Reporting into the Credit Support Manager you will be responsible for a variety of duties including:
Timely and accurate processing of all supplier costs
Ensuring clients invoiced promptly and accurately all whilst providing an exceptional customer service experience
Ensure records are accurately maintained to reflect all activity associated with utilities whilst payments out are controlled and in line with policies
Pro-active management of all aligned accounts
Ensure accurate charges are in place
The required skills and experience:
Finance experience with the ability to review and interpret customer accounts
Conscientious attitude with great attention to detail
Passionate about providing great customer service
Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
Be passionate about what is happening in the wider business and look to identify opportunities for continued personal development
