Credit Controller

As a result of our success we have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Credit Controller to join our busy Finance team on a temporary, fixed term basis for around 6 months either working full or part time hours but ideally covering 4-5 days per week.

We are embracing hybrid working, so are flexible on your location, however, teamwork and collaboration is also important and therefore, a base within close proximity to our Head office location in Stoke-on-Trent.

Summary - Credit Controller

We are seeking a Credit Controller who has a proven track record in chasing accounts in a fast moving high volume business environment, on a day to day basis you will be building relationships and liaising with a large ledger of clients to proactively chase payments.

Main Responsibilities - Credit Controller
- Responsibility for a ledger of Clients to pro-actively chase payment, working with customers from the earliest opportunity
- Build internal and external relationships, through excellent communication skills.
- Operating and keeping up to date our Coins system
- Co-ordinating any administration required or organising copy invoices when needed
- Working as part of a successful team to ensure all clients and payments are up to date
Key skills required;
- Business to business experience essential
- Strong time management and organisation
